Hello,
I am glad to start your martial arts journey at Soft & Strong Taekwondo.
After studying Taekwondo at the University of Sangji in South Korea for 4 years and teaching as a Master at TMA under Bally Total Fitness in Houston, TX and World Class Taekwondo in Atlanta, GA in other Taekwondo schools for over 10 years, I founded Soft & Strong Taekwondo with the following goals in mind.
Modern people live in a world of endless competition from the moment they are born. In this society, people can find wisdom and leisure in life through the oriental martial arts of Taekwondo.
Little Kids learn how to form relationships with friends as they take their first steps and they can form a foundation and root in discipline.
Children learn social skills with friends, courtesy to parents and adults, and build strong self-confidence through Taekwondo.
Adults will have a great time socializing, communicating, respecting each other, and improving their Taekwondo techniques to motivate themselves and relieve stress.
I hope Soft & Strong Taekwondo will grow into good people with positive energy that connects with the world and become a great martial arts school.
